‘5050 chandelier’
The 5050 project was instigated to explore the implications of cooperation. The chandelier is designed by seven different designers, each of them claiming a part of the ring for their concepts. Surrounded by so much creative power I tried to defend my conceptual territory using a little fence.
‘5050’ concept by Sophie Krier in cooperation with
Onno Donkers, Chris Kabel, Bertjan Pot, Mara Skujeniece, Wieki Somers and Frank Tjepkema.

Sideboard
By using existing materials and colours already present for the introduction of a new material (polyester resin), this sideboard neatly blends into the existing interior, replacing a wall and forming a transparent and functional space divider.
For private owner.

Elevated Workplace
Interior design for development agency ‘hofkwartier’ located in a wing of a 16th century monestry in the centre of the city of Dordrecht
Reflecting on the many functions and occupants the site had in the past and the different ‘layers’ history has left behind I designed an elevated workplace build on columns of second-hand wood. On these columns a new layer of green blocks is placed; a desk, cupboards, floor and stairs.
